Bantoo.id is a non-governmental organization from Indonesia with a humanitarian mission to assist those in need across various sectors, such as animal shelters, church construction, financial aid for zoo contributions, and more. They facilitate donations through digital advertising on Meta, and the donation platform is hosted on their website. Therefore, Bantoo.id's technical objective is Website Conversion with ROAS optimization.

Bantoo.id still lacks awareness when compared to its largest competitor in Indonesia (Kitabisa). Nevertheless, Bantoo.id is already well-known among their niche target audience, such as those interested in shelter assistance, church construction, and more. The lack of trust from the Indonesian public towards online donations also influences and poses a distinct challenge for this brand.

RESULT

- Successfully increased ROAS from 1.3 to 2.7 by recommending content types with high relatability to the audience.

- Increased the conversion rate by 0.78% by addressing technical issues in website conversion events and tagging through Google Tag Manager.

- Improved CTR by 1.07% by implementing a system to change content weekly, aiming to prevent creative fatigue.
