Similar to Bantoo.id, MyFundAction (MFA) Indonesia is a social foundation involved in charity and humanitarian activities originating from Malaysia. The fundamental difference between Bantoo.id and MFA lies in their target markets and niches. MFA specifically targets Muslims, with their approach aimed at assisting fellow Muslims in building mosques abroad, providing aid to areas affected by natural disasters, and more.
CHALLENGES
Similar to Bantoo.id, the challenge faced by MFA Indonesia is the brand's lack of awareness among its target audience compared to the market leader, Kitabisa. MFA Indonesia also frequently encounters negative sentiments as the audience still lacks trust in the brand.
RESULT
- Successfully increased ROAS from 1.5 to 1.9 by leveraging the ROAS conversion goal in the dashboard.
- Elevated the conversion rate by 1.02% through the use of lookalike and retargeting audiences, with regular updates.
- Improved CTR by 0.52% by recommending enhancements to the creative communication that better resonate with Indonesian audiences.
